No. We work month-to-month with a simple SLA and just 30 days' notice, the opposite of the usual 12-month lock-in. We'd rather earn your business every month.
We'll replace them free of charge within 5 working days. A supervisor and QA team also review work continuously, so quality never rests on one person.
We sign an NDA with you, hold binding contracts with every assistant, align to UK GDPR, use company-owned email and password management, and can provide screen-recording and time-tracking for full transparency.
Most clients meet their assistant within days of the discovery call. A 3-day trial is available on request (subject to terms) and is focused on auditing your setup, planning, and beginning execution, not on guaranteeing results in three days.
A one-time fee covers assistant matching, systems access setup, initial training on your tools and workflows, and SLA sign-off. It's separate from your monthly assistant fee.
No. Meta and Instagram ad spend is billed separately from your assistant's monthly fee. Your assistant's time covers the strategy, setup and management of the campaigns.
Yes. Our Customised tier bundles multiple dedicated assistants under one SLA, priced on total assistant hours across the team, with a single supervisor and QA lead coordinating delivery.
No. Any outbound calling we run is screened against the UK's Telephone Preference Service and Corporate TPS registers before dialling, in line with PECR requirements, with a suppression log maintained.
